CCN means a contract change notice.
ISIN means International Securities Identification Number, being the identification number of the Bonds.
CUSIP numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of a redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company will promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the "CUSIP" numbers.
Distribution Code means the Distribution Code of Licenced Distribution Network Operators of Great Britain;
Winning Numbers means the game results selected during a Drawing which shall be used to determine winning Plays contained on game ticket or ticketless transaction.
Transportation Code means that portion of Title 49 of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.
CUSIP number means the alphanumeric designation assigned to a Security by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service, CUSIP Service Bureau.
FX Telephone Numbers means those telephone numbers with rating and routing point that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone and the ability for the calling Party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as Feature Group A (FGA) calls, and are subject to the originating and terminating carrier’s tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).
Service Bureau means a technology provider that offers and supplies technology and technology services to a trading firm that does not have its own proprietary system.
Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.
credit bureau means an entity specialised in the collection and sale of credit performance information for individuals and businesses and registered as a credit bureau;
Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:
Use shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA regulations in 45 CFR § 160.103.
SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).
Identification means the process of determining a person’s identity through a database search against multiple sets of data (one-to-many check);
Magazine means a place in which explosives are stored or kept, whether above or below ground;
Generally Available Information means information that is accessible to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.
Repurchase Communication means, for purposes of this Section 6(i) only, any communication, whether oral or written, which need not be in any specific form.
Face-to-face means an encounter between Client and provider where they are both physically present.
Social Security numbers The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Vermont State Statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, including protection from identity theft as outlined in Title 9, Vermont Statutes Annotated, Ch. 62.
SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:
SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and
Point of common coupling means the point which the distributed generation facility is connected to the EDU's system.
