Citi M1 Rebate means the value stored in the bank’s host computer and which shall be earned by or awarded to the cardmember, to be redeemed or used in accordance with the terms herein, and shall include extra Citi M1 Rebate;

  • Existing Citi M1 Rebate will be calculated and awarded during statement billing cycle.

  • You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions (“Other Terms and Conditions”) governing the use of such facilities, benefits or services, which may from time to time be made available to you by us in connection with your card account (including but not limited to the Telephone Banking Service Terms and Conditions and the Citi M1 Visa Citi M1 Rebate – The Cash Rebate Program Terms and Conditions), as the same may be amended or varied and notified to you from time to time.

Related to Citi M1 Rebate

  • Rebate shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.4 of this Agreement;

  • Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • Advance Payment Contract means any contract whereby any Credit Party either (a) receives or becomes entitled to receive (either directly or indirectly) any payment (an “Advance Payment”) to be applied toward payment of the purchase price of Hydrocarbons produced or to be produced from Oil and Gas Interests owned by any Credit Party and which Advance Payment is, or is to be, paid in advance of actual delivery of such production to or for the account of the purchaser regardless of such production, or (b) grants an option or right of refusal to the purchaser to take delivery of such production in lieu of payment, and, in either of the foregoing instances, the Advance Payment is, or is to be, applied as payment in full for such production when sold and delivered or is, or is to be, applied as payment for a portion only of the purchase price thereof or of a percentage or share of such production; provided that inclusion of the standard “take or pay” provision in any gas sales or purchase contract or any other similar contract shall not, in and of itself, constitute such contract as an Advance Payment Contract for the purposes hereof.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date (prior to giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom relating to such Payment Date) over (ii) the Specified Reserve Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Capitation means the reimbursement arrangement in which a fixed rate of payment per Enrollee per month is made to the Contractor for the performance of all of the Contractor’s duties and obligations pursuant to this Contract.

  • Contract Adjustment Payments means amounts payable by the Company on each Contract Adjustment Payment Date in respect of each Purchase Contract, at a rate per year of 2.725% on the Stated Amount per Purchase Contract.

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment, including payments made on subordinated debt obligations, in each case to the extent such payment is necessary to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the related Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • LWDA PAGA Payment means the 75% of the PAGA Penalties paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income means interest income, dividend income and any other income (including any other fees, other than fees for providing managerial assistance, such as commitment, origination, structuring, diligence and consulting fees or other fees that the Corporation receives from portfolio companies) accrued during the calendar quarter, minus the Corporation’s operating expenses for the quarter (including the Base Management Fee, expenses reimbursed to the Adviser under this Agreement and any interest expense and dividends paid on any issued and outstanding preferred stock, but excluding the Incentive Fee). Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Corporation has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Mortgage Pool and Distribution Date, (a) the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than in connection with Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments in such Mortgage Pool during the related Collection Period by the Servicers, the Master Servicer, or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus (x) the Servicing Fee with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (y) previously unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to the Servicers, the Master Servicer or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool with respect to the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), (3) the portion of any Purchase Price, as applicable, or Substitution Amount paid with respect the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period) allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) other costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable to the Trustee, the Master Servicer or each Servicer to the extent provided in this Agreement and each Servicing Agreement, and the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of the Trustee, such reimbursable amounts may not exceed $500,000 during any Anniversary Year up to and including the Anniversary Year in which the Stepdown Date occurs and $200,000 during any Anniversary Year thereafter (the “Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount”). In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Interest Remittance Amount available on each Swap Payment Date for distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account shall be equal to the Interest Remittance Amount on the related Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Remittance Amount for each Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to any distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account on the related Swap Payment Date.
