Any and all notices to be given to the Depositary shall be deemed to have been duly given if personally delivered or sent by mail, air courier or cable, telex or facsimile transmission, confirmed by letter personally delivered or sent by mail or air courier, addressed to Citibank, N.A., 300 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, X.X.X., Attention: Depositary Receipts Department, or to any other address which the Depositary may specify in writing to the Company.
Citibank may use the Personal Data until the later of: (i) the purpose of collecting the Personal Data ceases to exist; or (ii) the data retention period required by laws and regulations (including without limitation the retention period required under Business Entity Accounting Law), necessary for Citibank to conduct its business (in case longer the period required by laws and regulations), or agreed in the respective contract lapses.
Capitalized terms that are used but are not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings assigned to them in the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 10, 2024, by and among the Issuer, the Seller, the Servicer and Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, as Trust Collateral Agent.
