  • Washington All references to Obligor throughout this Agreement are replaced with Service Provider. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within thirty (30) days of receipt of returned service Agreement. We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. You are not required to wait sixty (60) days before filing a claim directly with the Service Provider.   • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • City Council means the City Council of the City.

  • Road means any highway and any other road to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes.

  • Town means Town of Davie; “Seller” and “Vendor” means a business that sells goods and/or services to Town pursuant to this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”).

  • Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
