City election definition

City election means any election held in a city for nomination or election of the officers thereof including a city primary or runoff election.
City election means any general election, special election or recall election.
City election means any primary, general, or special election, including a recall election, held within the City of Inglewood for elective City offices. Each primary, general, or special election is a separate election for purposes of this Section.
