Beginning with the execution of this agreement and throughout its term, it is the City’s responsibility to make uniform items available at the commissary location from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except City Holidays.
The City will provide the Contractor access to City facilities and personnel during normal business hours, which shall mean the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, excluding City Holidays.
