City Insureds definition

City Insureds means the following entities: The City of New York, the officials and employees of The City of New York (to the extent that the officials and employees of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are likewise insured) and the EDC.
City Insureds means for any type of insurance required under this Lease, the City, the City's officials and employees (but only if the Port Authority's officials and employees are likewise insured), and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, a local development corporation formed pursuant to Section 1411 of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York, or such successor entity as may be designated by the City.

Examples of City Insureds in a sentence

  • The City, members of its City Commission, boards, commissions and committees, officers, agents, employees and volunteers (together, "City Insureds") are to be covered as additional insured as respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Vendor; products and completed operations of the Vendor; premises owned, leased, or used by the Vendor; or premises on which the Vendor is performing services on behalf of the City.

  • Any other insurance or self-insurance maintained by or on behalf of the City Insureds shall be excess of the Vendor’s insurance and shall not contribute to it.

  • The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the City Insureds for losses arising from activities and operations of the Vendor in the performance of services under this Agreement.

  • The coverage shall not contain special limitations on the scope of protection afforded the City Insureds.

  • At the option of the City, the insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insured retentions as respects the City Insureds; or the Vendor shall procure a bond guaranteeing payment of losses, related investigation, claim administration, and defense expenses.

  • The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the City Insureds.

  • The Lessee’s insurance shall be primary insurance with respect to the Port Authority and the City Insureds.

  • Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Port Authority or the City Insureds shall not contribute to any loss or claim.

  • The foregoing insurance shall name the Port Authority and the City Insureds as “additional named insureds.” Proceeds of Operational Property insurance shall be used by the Lessee for the restoration, replacement, or rebuilding of the Premises.

  • From a liberal perspective the problem with this approach is that it creates different standards for admission that are difficult to sustain and justify when immigration becomes more diverse.

Related to City Insureds

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer

  • Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Casualty insurance means liability insurance.

  • Insureds Premises Not An "Insured Location" a. Owned by an "insured"; b. Rented to an "insured"; or c. Rented to others by an "insured"; that is not an "insured location";

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.

  • Primary insurance means the policies listed in this policy’s Umbrella Schedule.

  • Personal lines insurance means property and casualty insurance coverage sold for primarily noncommercial purposes to:

  • Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Travel Insurance means coverage for personal risks incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:

  • Sum Insured means the sum as specified in the Schedule to this Policy against the name of Insured / each Insured Person, which sum represents the Company's maximum liability for any or all claims under this Policy during the Policy period for the respective benefit(s) against which the sum is mentioned in the Schedule to this Policy.

  • Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • FHA Insurance means the Federal mortgage insurance authorized pursuant to Section 220, 221(d)(3), 221 (d)(4) or 223(f) of Title II of the National Housing Act of 1934, as amended.

  • Co-insurance means the percentage of the usual, reasonable, customary, and fair market value expense that a covered person must pay.

  • Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.

  • Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.

  • Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. There are no Special Primary Insurance Policies with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.
