City Program Costs definition

City Program Costs means and refer to that portion of the Program Costs that are not funded by an alternative funding source described in Exhibit D(1) and D(2), and that
City Program Costs means and refer to that portion of the Program Costs that are not funded by an alternative funding source described in Exhibit “A”, and that will be paid by the City Parties pursuant to the Cost Allocation Plan, as such City Program Costs are further detailed in Exhibit “C”.
