City Project Components definition

City Project Components means those components of the Terminal E Project being constructed and financed by the City, other than with the Bonds, which consist of the Terminal E Apron Area, the Terminal E Fueling Facilities, the Terminal E Pedestrian Bridges, the Terminal E Utilities, the Shell for Central Ticketing Facility and Associated Ramp and Baggage Tunnel, all as more fully described in Exhibits "A-5," "A-6," "A-7," "A-8,""A-9" and "A-10" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director subject to the limitations imposed by the Trust Indenture. The City Project Components include the City South Concourse Components and the City International Ticketing Facility Components.
City Project Components means those components of the Terminal B Project being constructed and financed by the City, other than with the Terminal Improvement Bonds, which consist of the Terminal B South Concourse Apron, the Terminal B North Concourse Apron, the Terminal B Heating/Cooling Utilities, the Terminal B Infrastructure, all as more fully described in exhibits to the Lease, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director subject to the limitations imposed by the Trust Indenture.
City Project Components means those components of the Terminal E Project being constructed and financed by the City, other than with the Bonds, which consist of the Terminal E Apron Area, the Terminal E Fueling Facilities, the Terminal E Pedestrian Bridges, the Terminal E Utilities, the Shell for Central Ticketing Facility and Associated Ramp and Baggage Tunnel, all as more fully described in Exhibits "X-0," "X-0," "X-0," "X-0,""X-0" and "A-10" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director subject to the limitations imposed by the Trust Indenture. The City Project Components include the City South Concourse Components and the City International Ticketing Facility Components.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the City hereby leases, lets and demises unto Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases and rents from the City, the Terminal E Project, including the City Project Components, the Lessee Project Components and any additional Special Facilities.

  • The Lessee and the Director may amend or supplement Deferred Phase Designation Supplements as they mutually deem appropriate and both parties will cooperate and use Best Efforts to perform construction in accordance with the schedules set forth in the Program Definition Manual, which schedules may be amended from time to time to accurately reflect the timing of all Deferred Phases and related City Project Components.

Related to City Project Components

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Project Common Areas as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such in the Site Plan. The Project Common Areas shall consist of all parking facilities, entrances and exits, driveways, exterior walkways, first-class landscaped and hardscaped areas which are generally consistent with the quality of landscaped and hardscaped areas of Comparable Buildings in existence as of the date of this Lease, open space areas and plazas on the real property comprising the Project. The term "BUILDING COMMON AREAS," as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within any building in the Project not entirely leased by Tenant, which Building Common Areas shall be reasonably designated as such by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to (i) Landlord's approval, which approval (as indicated in Section 29.4 below) shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, (ii) the CC&R's, and (iii) all terms of this Lease regarding Hazardous Materials, Tenant may install or locate such items as benches, patio tables, bike racks, above-ground generators, security cameras and the like (collectively, "MISCELLANEOUS COMMON AREA ITEMS") at Tenant's sole cost in the Common Areas or on the exterior of the Building, as applicable, provided that Tenant removes such items upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and repairs any damage to the Common Areas or the exterior of the Building (as applicable) resulting from such removal. If Tenant fails to remove any Miscellaneous Common Area Item or to repair any damage resulting from such removal upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord may do so and may charge Landlord's actual cost thereof to Tenant. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be in accordance with a standard which is not less than that customarily followed in the operation and maintenance of first class mid-rise office buildings located within the University Towne Center (i.e., the area from two (2) blocks to the North of La Jolla Village Drive to two (2) blocks to the South of La Jolla Village Drive between the I-5 and I-805 freeways), Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas, provided that Landlord shall manage, maintain and operate the same in a manner consistent with that of Comparable Buildings, and the use thereof shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord reasonably may make from time to time. As used herein, "COMPARABLE BUILDINGS" shall mean the first class mid-rise office buildings (now existing or subsequently constructed) within the projects located within the University Towne Center, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas and having substantially similar characteristics to the Building pertaining to size, age, accessibility, design, quality, amenities and tenancies. Landlord reserves the right to make alterations or additions to, or to change the location of, elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that if any such changes might affect Tenant's use of the Premises (in other than an immaterial manner), Landlord obtains Tenant's prior written approval of any such alterations, additions and changes and such alterations, additions and changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises. Except when and where Tenant's right of access is specifically excluded in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of access to the Building and the parking facilities twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during the Lease Term. PEREGRINE SYSTEMS CORPORATE CENTER [Peregrine Systems]

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.
