City Utility Pole definition

City Utility Pole means a utility pole owned or operated by the City in public rights-of- way.
City Utility Pole means a utility pole, as defined below, owned, managed, or operated by or on behalf of the City; except municipal electric utility distribution poles or facilities;
City Utility Pole means a utility pole owned by the City in the right-of-way. The term does not include a utility pole owned by a municipal electric utility, a utility pole used to support municipally owned or operated electric distribution facilities, or a utility pole located in the right-of-way within a retirement community that: (a) is deed restricted as housing for older persons as defined in F.S. § 760.29(4)(b); (b) has more than 5,000 residents; and (c) has underground utilities for electric transmission or distribution.

  • The annual Attachment Fee for Wireless Attachments located on a City Utility Pole is Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and 00/100 ($225.00) per pole and Wireless Attachments located on a City Light Pole is Two Hundred Five Dollars and 00/100 ($205.00) per pole, except as otherwise may be provided by law.

  • If a City Utility Pole or City Wireless Support Structure must be repaired or replaced for reasons unrelated to its use for Small Wireless Facilities (e.g., storm, accident, deterioration), the City shall pay to repair or replace the City Utility Pole or City Wireless Support Structure; provided however, Licensee shall be responsible for all costs relating to its Small Wireless Facility(ies), including, e.g., repairing, replacing, installing, rearranging and/or transferring.

  • The City makes no warranty or representation regarding the fitness, availability or suitability of any City Utility Pole, Wireless Support Structure, the Right-Of-Way, or other City owned or third party property for any of the Licensee’s purposes pursuant to this MLA.

  • After the expiration of this MLA, the Licensee shall, within fourteen (14) calendar days written notice from the City, safely remove any and all Small Wireless Facilities and related equipment and materials installed pursuant to this MLA from the Right-Of-Way, whether regarding a Wireless Support Structure, City Utility Pole, a new Utility Pole or an attachment to a Utility Pole not owned by the City.


More Definitions of City Utility Pole

City Utility Pole means a utility pole, owned or operated by the City, in a right-of-way.
City Utility Pole means a Utility Pole owned by the City in the Public Rights-of-Way.

No provision of this Article shall apply to City Utility Poles or City electric utility facilities;
City Utility Pole means a City-owned pole used for the generation, transmission, or distribution of electricity, but does not include any utility poles jointly owned by the City and Licensee and governed by the Southern California Joint Pole Agreement and/or the Southern California Joint Pole Committee or any City- owned duct or conduit used for the generation, transmission, or distribution of electricity.
