City utility pole definition

City utility pole means a utility pole owned or operated by the City in public rights-of- way.
City utility pole means a utility pole, as defined below, owned, managed, or operated by or on behalf of the City; except municipal electric utility distribution poles or facilities;
City utility pole means a utility pole owned by the City in the right-of-way. The term does not include a utility pole owned by a municipal electric utility, a utility pole used to support municipally owned or operated electric distribution facilities, or a utility pole located in the right-of-way within a retirement community that: (a) is deed restricted as housing for older persons as defined in F.S. § 760.29(4)(b); (b) has more than 5,000 residents; and (c) has underground utilities for electric transmission or distribution.

  • A wireless provider shall pay to the City an annual recurring rate to collocate a small wireless facility on a City utility pole located in a right-of-way that equals (i) $200 per year or (ii) the actual, direct and reasonable costs related to the wireless provider’s use of space on the City utility pole.

  • However, the antenna and support equipment of the small wireless facility may be located in the communications space on the City utility pole and on the top of the pole, if not otherwise unavailable, if the wireless provider complies with applicable codes for work involving the top of the pole.
