Private utility definition

Private utility means all utilities, both public and private, which provide sewerage and/or water service and that are not municipal corporations as defined by RCW 36.94.010. The ownership of a private utility may be in a corporation, nonprofit or for profit, in a cooper- ative association, in a mutual organization, or in individuals.
Private utility means infrastructure on any property where said infrastructure is not publicly dedicated, and this definition is inclusive of singular “utility” and plural “utilities” and shall be interpreted as such.
Private utility means utility facilities not regulated by a United States or New York State government agency and, that are devoted to private use.
