Utility Poles definition

Utility Poles means poles, crossarms, devices, and attachments directly affixed to such poles which are used for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy, signals, or other methods of communication.
Utility Poles means a wooden pole designated and used primarily for the support of electrical wires, telephone wires or television cable.
Utility Poles means a wooden pole designated structure designed and used primarily for the support of electrical wires, telephone wires or , television cable, traffic signals, or lighting for streets, parking areas, or pedestrian paths.

  • Prior to the end of the Term of this Agreement, Company shall remove the above-ground Cables and Utility Poles.

  • Licensor shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not parties to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use any Utility Poles and/or Anchors covered by this Agreement.

  • The Licensor shall have a lien on Licensee's Facilities attached to Utility Poles and/or Anchors or removed therefrom, with power of public or private sale, to cover any amounts due the Licensor.
