Utility Poles definition

Utility Poles means poles, crossarms, devices, and attachments directly affixed to such poles which are used for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy, signals, or other methods of communication.
Utility Poles means wooden pole designated and used primarily for the support of electrical wires, telephone wires or television cable.

  • The Licensee shall have the right to inspect the Utility Poles, Wireless Support Structures, and Rights-of-Way prior to installing the Small Wireless Facilities.
