City’s Right to Employ Other Consultants. CITY reserves the right to employ other contractors in connection with the various projects worked upon by CONSULTANT.
City’s Right to Employ Other Consultants. City reserves its right to employ other consultants, including engineers, in connection with this Project or other projects. Nothing herein shall prevent City from providing for itself or obtaining from any third party, any products or services in any way similar or comparable to the services. Consultant shall provide to City, or City’s chosen service-provider, reasonable cooperation, assistance, and access as necessary to facilitate the integration and interfacing of the services or products of such other consultants.
