Civil Penalty Payment definition

Civil Penalty Payment has the meaning given in Section 30.15 of the Master Trust Deed.
Civil Penalty Payment refers to $1,000 of the Gross Settlement Amount that the parties have specifically allocated as consideration for the release of claims under the Private Attorneys General Act, California Labor Code sections 2699, et seq. (“PAGA”).
