The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties by the total number of hours worked by all Aggrieved Employees during the PAGA Period, and (b) multiplying the result by the number of hours worked by each individual Aggrieved Employee.
