Claim Event definition

Claim Event means the insured risks under this policy, being Death and/or Disability and/or Loss of Income of an Insured.
Claim Event means, in relation to a Transaction, one or more of the following events or occurrences (as applicable):
Claim Event means any event or incident giving rise to a claim, action, proceeding, damage, loss, cost, expense or liability incurred by or against, or made or recovered by or against, the Company however arising and whether present, future or contingent;

More Definitions of Claim Event

Claim Event means an accident, sickness and costs that arise for the insured. A claim event is deemed to have occurred at the time of the accident or at the time the sickness manifested itself. ‘Mani- fested itself’ means that the insured has such symp- toms for the first time whereby the insured realised or ought to have realised that a sickness may exist.
Claim Event means the Natural Death or the Accidental Death, of the Insured or the diagnosis of the Dread Disease (as defined);
