Claim Objection definition

Claim Objection has the meaning given to it in Section 8.4(b).
Claim Objection means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify, or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate, or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Expense Claim).
Claim Objection means any objection to a Proof of Claim Filed by the Debtor or Committee (prior to the Effective Date) or the FKF Trustee (following the Effective Date).
