Class 2 Borrowing Base definition

Class 2 Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts in the Principal Collection Account, (ii) the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate (excluding the Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans from the calculation of the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate) as of such date, (y) the Portfolio Advance Rate Adjustment as of such date and
Class 2 Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts in the Principal Collection Account, (ii) the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate (excluding the Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans from the calculation of the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate) as of such date, (y) the Portfolio Advance Rate Adjustment as of such date and (z) the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance as of such date (excluding the Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans from the calculation of the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance) and (iii) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate sale price of any Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans.
Class 2 Borrowing Base means, at any time and date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts in the Principal Collection Subaccount, (ii) an amount equal to the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate as of such date (excluding any Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans from the calculation of the Weighted Average Class 2 Advance Rate), (y) the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance as of such date (excluding any Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans from the calculation of the Aggregate Class 2 Net Collateral Balance) and (z) the Portfolio Advance Rate Adjustment as of such date and (iii) the aggregate sale price (expressed in Dollars) of any Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2 Loans as of such date.

Related to Class 2 Borrowing Base

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.

  • Borrowing Base means, at any time of calculation, an amount equal to:

  • Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $150,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.
