Sale Settlement Pending Collateral definition

Sale Settlement Pending Collateral means, on any date of determination, Collateral Loans that the Borrower, within the immediately preceding 30 days (or if a Sale Settlement Condition applies, within the immediately preceding 60 days (or any longer period to which the Administrative Agent may agree)), has entered into a binding commitment to sell that has not settled.
Sale Settlement Pending Collateral means, on any date of determination, Collateral Loans that the Borrower, within the immediately preceding 30 days (or if a Sale Settlement Condition applies, within the immediately preceding 45 days), has entered into a binding commitment to sell that has not settled.

Related to Sale Settlement Pending Collateral

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations sold and/or contributed to the Buyer by the Seller (directly or indirectly) hereunder prior to such date plus (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations acquired by the Buyer other than from the Seller prior to such date, in each case calculated as of the date of the Buyer’s acquisition thereof.

  • Second Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
