Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.
Class C Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class B Note means any of the 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, Class B, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-3.
Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.
Class A Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.
Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfalls for all the Classes of Class A Certificates.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Class C Note Initial Principal Balance means $18,948,000.
Class B Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class B Notes means the Class B 5.03% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.
Required Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes means, for the Class B ( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of
Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.
Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class B-6 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-6 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-first of Section 4.01(a).
Class A-1 Note means any of the 0.23000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class D Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class B-4 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-4 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fifteenth of Section 4.01(a).
Class P Principal Amount As of the Closing Date, $100.
Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of
Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.10% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.
Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.
Class C Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class C Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class C Notes.
Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-2 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-2 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph ninth of Section 4.01(a).
Class B-4 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph sixteenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance and the Class B-3 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.
