Class A-1 Certificate Rate definition

Class A-1 Certificate Rate. For the first Distribution Date, 5.5440% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class A-1 Margin, (2) the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Certificate Rate

Class A-1 Certificate Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR as of the related LIBOR Determination Date for such Interest Period plus 1.25%.
Class A-1 Certificate Rate. (A) For the first Interest Accrual Period, 6.80375%, and (B) for for any Interest Accrual Period, the lesser of the Class A-1 Formula Certificate Rate and the Class A-1 Maximum Rate.
