Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount definition

Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount. As to the Class A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date on or after the March 2005 Distribution Date to and including the April 2013 Distribution Date for which LIBOR exceeds 5.00%, an amount equal to interest for the related Interest Accrual Period on the Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date at a rate equal to the excess of (i) the lesser of LIBOR and 9.00% over (ii) 5.00%. Examples of Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount in a sentence

  • Any remaining amounts received on the Class A-1 Corridor Contract shall be held in the Class A-1 Reserve Fund and applied on future Distribution Dates to pay any Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount on the Class A-1 Certificates.

  • Any amounts received by the Trustee for the benefit of the Trust Fund in respect of such termination shall be deposited and held in the Class A-1 Reserve Fund and applied on future Distribution Dates to pay any related Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount on the Class A-1 Certificates, as applicable.

Related to Class A-1 Yield Supplement Amount

  • Yield Supplement Amount means, with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, the aggregate amount by which one month’s interest on the Principal Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period of each Discount Receivable (other than a Discount Receivable that is a Defaulted Receivable) at a rate equal to the Required Rate, exceeds one month’s interest on such Principal Balance at the APR of each such Receivable.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 54.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class B Note Initial Principal Balance means $17,980,000.

  • Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
