Yield Maintenance Notional Balance. For any Distribution Date from and including the Distribution Date in January 2006 to and including the Final Yield Maintenance Payment Date, the corresponding amount listed for such Distribution Date in Schedule 1 of the Prospectus for the Yield Maintenance Agreement. After the Final Yield Maintenance Payment Date, the Yield Maintenance Notional Balance will be equal to zero and the Yield Maintenance Agreement will be terminated.
