Class A Advances Outstanding definition

Class A Advances Outstanding means the Outstanding Advance Amount of Class A Advances.
Class A Advances Outstanding. On any day, the aggregate principal amount of all Class A Advances outstanding on such day, after giving effect to all repayments of Class A Advances and the making of new Class A Advances on such day.

  • Aggregate Principal Amount means, as of any date of calculation, the principal amount or Accreted Value of the Bonds referred to.

  • Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of each series of Bonds issued and Outstanding from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, as reflected in the records maintained by the Registrar as provided in this Ordinance.

  • Senior Prepayment Percentage For any Distribution Date during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 100%. The Senior Prepayment Percentage for any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date will, except as provided herein, be as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 70% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 60% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 40% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 20% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date (unless on any Distribution Date the Senior Percentage exceeds the initial Senior Percentage, in which case the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will once again equal 100%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, no decrease in the Senior Prepayment Percentage will occur unless both of the Senior Step Down Conditions are satisfied.

  • Tranche A Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Available Aggregate Commitment means, at any time, the Aggregate Commitment then in effect minus the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure at such time.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Prepayment Percentage As of the Closing Date, approximately 0%, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Prepayment Percentage.
