Examples of Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount in a sentence
On each date upon which a portion of the Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount is paid to the Registered Owner pursuant to the redemption provisions of the Resolution, the Registered Owner may enter the principal amount paid on this Note under the column headed “Principal Amount Redeemed” on the Table and may enter the then outstanding principal amount of this Note under the column headed “Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount” on the Table.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the records maintained by the Trustee as to the principal amount issued and principal amounts paid on this Note shall be the official records of the Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note for all purposes.
Any failure of the Registrar to record a principal advance or a redemption on the Table of Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount shall not affect the Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount shown on the records of the Registrar.
The Registrar shall make a notation in the books of registry maintained for each Note indicating the original principal advance of such Note as determined in accordance with Section 3.2 and make such additional notations as are required to reflect any additional principal advances or redemptions of such Note from time to time, including on the Table of Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount attached to each Note if it is presented to the Registrar for that purpose.
The records maintained by the Registrar as to principal amount advanced and principal amounts paid on the Note shall be the official records of the Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount for all purposes.
