CLASS A FINANCE RATE means, in relation to any Calculation Period, the screen rate, or the arithmetic mean calculated to replace the screen rate, for three- month deposits, or for the first Calculation Period, the linear interpolation of two-month and three-month deposits, for pounds sterling in the London interbank market plus [*] per cent;
