Examples of Class A Initial Principal Balance in a sentence
In consideration for the delivery to the Depositor by the Trustee of the Certificates in authorized denominations equal in the aggregate to [the sum of the Class A] Initial Principal Balance [and the Class B Initial Principal Balance], the Depositor does hereby sell, transfer, assign, set over and convey to the Trustee without recourse, all the right, title and interest of the Depositor in and to the Conveyed Property.
The Class A Note Principal Balance on any date will be an amount equal to (i) the Class A Initial Principal Balance, plus (ii) the aggregate amount of Principal Balance Increases allocated to the Class A Notes made on or prior to such date, minus (iii) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.
