Examples of Class A OP Units in a sentence
Vested LTIP Units, after achieving parity with Class A OP Units, are eligible to be converted into Class A OP Units on a one-for-one basis upon the satisfaction of conditions set forth in the Partnership's agreement of limited partnership.
Class A OP Units to be issued to the Converting Partner in the Voluntary Conversion shall be equal to the FCCR Conversion Amount.
Notwithstanding any delay in such delivery (but subject to Sections 4.1(d) and 4.1(e)), each Converting Partner and Non-Voluntary Converting Partner, respectively, shall be deemed owners of such Class A OP Units for all purposes, including without limitation, rights to vote or consent, and receive distributions declared, as of the Conversion Effective Date or the date of the Non-Voluntary Conversion Notice, respectively.
Pursuant to the Partnership Agreement, upon the achievement of certain conditions, a holder of LTIP Units of the Partnership is entitled to convert such LTIP Units into Class A OP Units of the Partnership on a one-for-one basis.
The transferability of Class A OP Units is also limited by the Partnership Agreement.
