Class A Principal Distribution definition

Class A Principal Distribution means, with respect to any Distribution Date (including the Final Scheduled Distribution Date), the sum of Class A Monthly Principal for such Distribution Date and the Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that the Class A Principal Distribution shall not exceed the Class A Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date. In addition, on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the principal required to be deposited in the Class A Distribution Account will include the lesser of (a) any principal due and remaining unpaid on each Receivable in the Trust as of the Final Scheduled Maturity Date or (b) the portion of the amount required to be deposited under clause (a) above that is necessary (after giving effect to the other amounts to be deposited in the Class A Distribution Account on such Distribution Date and allocable to principal) to reduce the Class A Principal Balance to zero.
Class A Principal Distribution means, (i) with respect to the initial Payment Date, the Class A Monthly Principal for such Payment Date and (ii) with respect to any other Payment Date, the sum of Class A Monthly Principal for such Payment Date and the Class A Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the preceding Payment Date. In addition, on the Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A Principal Distribution shall include any additional amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Certificates to zero.
Class A Principal Distribution on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for a Certificate Group will equal the remaining Aggregate Class A Certificate Balance of such Certificate Group as of such Distribution Date.

  • Notwithstanding clause (v) above, the aggregate amounts distributed on all Distribution Dates to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates on account of the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount shall not exceed the Original Group I Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.
