Class A Principal Payment Schedule definition

Class A Principal Payment Schedule means the schedule of Scheduled Remaining Notes Balances as of a particular Payment Date set forth in Schedule 1 to the Indenture, as it may be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.17 of the Indenture.
Class A Principal Payment Schedule means the principal payment schedule set out in the Appendix to the Conditions; Class A Target Amortisation Amount means the amount required to reduce the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class A1 Notes and the Class A2 Notes to the relevant Target Principal Amount on such Interest Payment Date and, in respect of the Class A1 Notes only, the Class A1 Target Amortisation Amount and in respect of the Class A2 Notes only, the Class A2 Target Amortisation Amount;
Class A Principal Payment Schedule means the principal payment schedule set out in the Appendix to the Conditions;

Examples of Class A Principal Payment Schedule in a sentence

  • If any part of the principal on the Class A Notes is so prepaid on any Payment Date or Special Distribution Date after the Interest Only Period, the amount of such prepayment shall be allocated pro rata to reduce the Scheduled Principal Payment Amounts on the remaining Payment Dates in the Class A Principal Payment Schedule.

  • If any part of the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Original Class A Notes is prepaid pursuant to an Optional Redemption under Section 3.1(a), the amount of such prepayment shall be allocated to reduce each Scheduled Remaining Notes Balance on the Class A Principal Payment Schedule pro rata in accordance with the proportion of the amount of such prepayment to the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Original Class A Notes.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, except as expressly provided in the foregoing provisions of the Indenture, the amount of principal payable on the Class A Notes on any Payment Date or Special Distribution Date shall not exceed the amount needed to reduce the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class A Notes to the balance specified in the Class A Principal Payment Schedule for such Payment Date or for the immediately preceding Payment Date, in the case of a Special Distribution Date.

  • If any part of the principal of the Class A Notes is so prepaid during the Interest Only Period, the amount of such prepayment shall be allocated pro rata to reduce the Scheduled Principal Payment Amounts in the Class A Principal Payment Schedule.

  • Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 57.40% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date (including amounts in the Prefunding Account as of the Closing Date).

  • Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.
