Remaining Notes definition

Remaining Notes means all of the issued and outstanding Senior Convertible Notes, other than the Notes.
Remaining Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.08.

More Definitions of Remaining Notes

Remaining Notes shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.5(a).
Remaining Notes means the $61,207,938 aggregate principal amount of Series A Notes and $92,084,099 aggregate principal amount of Series B Notes held by the Noteholders following the consummation of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.
