Examples of Class A2 Certificate in a sentence

  • This Class A-2 Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the Holder of this Class A-2 Certificate by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and by which such Holder is bound.

  • The Trustee and the Servicer shall cooperate in all respects with any reasonable request by the Class A-2 Certificate Insurer for action to preserve or enforce the Class A-2 Certificate Insurer's rights or interests under this Agreement without limiting the rights or affecting the interests of the Holders as otherwise set forth herein.
