Class B-1 Adjusted Principal Balance definition

Class B-1 Adjusted Principal Balance means, as of any Remittance Date, the Class B-1 Principal Balance as of that Remittance Date minus the Class B-1 Liquidation Loss Amount (if any) as of the prior Remittance Date.
Class B-1 Adjusted Principal Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Class B-1 Principal Balance for that Payment Date minus the Class B-1 Liquidation Loss Principal Amount (if any) for the immediately preceding Payment Date.
Class B-1 Adjusted Principal Balance means, as of any Distribution Date, the Class B-1 Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date minus the Class B-1 Liquidation Loss Amount (if any) as of the prior Distribution Date.

Class B-1 Adjusted Principal Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Class B-1 Principal Balance minus the Class B-1 Liquidation Loss Principal Amount (if any) for the immediately preceding Payment Date.
