Class B-2 Principal Amount definition

Class B-2 Principal Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class B-2 Initial Principal Amount specified in the Class B Notes Term Sheet related to the issuance of the Class B-2 Notes minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class B-2 Noteholders on or prior to such date plus (c) the amount of any principal payments made to Class B-2 Noteholders that have been rescinded or otherwise returned by the Class B-2 Noteholders for any reason.
Class B-2 Principal Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class B-2 Initial Principal Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class B-2 Noteholders on or prior to such date minus (c) the principal amount of any Class B-2 Notes that have been delivered to the Trustee for cancellation pursuant to the Base Indenture and for which no replacement Class B-2 Note was issued on or prior to such date.
Class B-2 Principal Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the lesser of (i) the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Pledged Mortgages, less the sum of the Senior Class Principal Amount and the Class [B-2] Principal Amount, in each case immediately prior to such date, and (i) the Original Class [B-2] Principal Amount reduced by all amounts previously distributed to holders of the Class [B-2] Bonds as payments of principal.

  • As to any Payment Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Amount immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the Senior Class Principal Amount, (ii) the Class B-1 Principal Amount, (iii) the Class B-2 Principal Amount and (iv) the Invested Amount, in each case immediately prior to such date.

  • Certificate Principal Amount With respect to any Certificate (other than the Interest-Only Certificates and the Class R and Class LT-R Certificates) and any Distribution Date, the maximum specified dollar amount of principal to which the Holder thereof is then entitled hereunder, such amount being equal to the initial principal amount set forth on the face of such Certificate, less (i) the amount of all principal distributions previously made with respect to such Certificate; (ii) the principal portion of all Realized Losses previously allocated to such Certificate; and (iii) any Certificate Writedown Amount previously allocated to such Certificate; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which a Subsequent Recovery is distributed, the Certificate Principal Amount of any Certificate then outstanding to which a Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount has been applied will be increased sequentially, in order of seniority, by an amount equal to the lesser of (A) the principal portion of any Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount previously allocated to that Certificate to the extent not previously recovered and (B) the principal portion of any Subsequent Recovery allocable to such Certificate after application (for this purpose) to more senior Classes of Certificates pursuant to this Agreement; and provided further that on any Distribution Date on which the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans exceeds the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount, such excess (including any excess attributable to the allocation of Principal Forbearance Amounts) will be allocated to increase the Certificate Principal Amount of any Certificate then outstanding to which a Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount has previously been allocated, sequentially in order of seniority, up to the principal amount of such Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss to the extent not previously recovered.   • Current Principal Amount With respect to any Certificate (other than an Interest Only Certificate) as of any Distribution Date, the initial principal amount of such Certificate, and reduced by (i) all amounts distributed on previous Distribution Dates on such Certificate with respect to principal, (ii) the principal portion of all Realized Losses allocated prior to such Distribution Date to such Certificate, taking account of the Loss Allocation Limitation and (iii) in the case of a Subordinate Certificate, such Certificate's pro rata share, if any, of the applicable Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount for previous Distribution Dates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, solely for purposes of giving consents, directions, waivers, approvals, requests and notices, the Class R-I, Class R-II and Class R-III Certificates after the Distribution Date on which they each receive the distribution of the last dollar of their respective original principal amount shall be deemed to have Current Principal Amounts equal to their respective Current Principal Amounts on the day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Aggregate Principal Amount means, as of any date of calculation, the principal amount or Accreted Value of the Bonds referred to.

  • Notional Principal Amount For calculating interest payments, on each Class of outstanding Interest Only MAC Notes as of any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding Class Principal Balance as of such Payment Date of the portion of the related Class of Class M Notes that was exchanged for such Interest Only MAC Note.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (y) the sum of:

  • Initial Principal Amount means, with respect to any Series or Class (or Subclass) of Notes, the aggregate initial principal amount of such Series or Class (or Subclass) of Notes specified in the applicable Series Supplement.

  • Substitution Principal Amount With respect to any Mortgage Loan substituted in accordance with Section 2.02 or pursuant to Section 2.03, the excess of (x) the unpaid principal balance of the Mortgage Loan which is substituted for over (y) the unpaid principal balance of the Substitute Mortgage Loan, each balance being determined as of the date of substitution.

  • Lower-Tier Principal Amount As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Principal Amount means $296,000,000 for the Class A-1 Notes, $330,000,000 for the Class A-2a Notes, $100,000,000 for the Class A-2b Notes, $428,000,000 for the Class A-3 Notes and $96,000,000 for the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Applicable Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes that are components of Corporate Units.
