Class B-2 Unit definition

Class B-2 Unit means a Limited Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class B-2 Units in this Agreement.

Class B-2 Unit means a Unit that is designated as such pursuant to Section 3.2.

Class B-2 Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations -------------- specified with respect to "Class B-2 Units" in this Agreement.

Examples of Class B-2 Unit in a sentence

• Each Outstanding Class B-1 Unit and Class B-2 Unit shall automatically convert into a number of Common Units equal to the Conversion Number on the applicable Class B Conversion Date without any further action by the holders thereof.

• Units within Class B shall be further divided into two Sub-Classes designated as Class B-1 and Class B-2, and each Class B Unit shall be designated either a Class B-1 Unit or a Class B-2 Unit.

• Instead of any fractional interest in a Class A Unit that would otherwise be deliverable upon the conversion of a Class B-2 Unit, the Partnership shall pay to the holder of such Class B-2 Unit the value of the fractional unit in cash based upon the Current Market Price of Common Shares of the General Partner on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of conversion.

• Each Class A Unit and each Class B-2 Unit shall carry one vote per Unit.

Class B-2 Unit. A fractional interest in all the interest and rights of the Partnership attributable to the capital stock of Florida Equity Corp. equal to one thousandth of one percent of all such interest and rights.

Class B-2 Unit means a Class B-2 Unit as defined in the LLC Agreement.
