Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes definition

Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for any Tranche of Class B Notes, on any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes minus the Class B Usage of Class D Notes, each for such Tranche of Class B Notes on such Distribution Date, as adjusted in accordance with Section 3.02.
Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for any Tranche of Class B Notes, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes minus the Class B Usage Amount of Class D Notes, each for such Tranche of Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date.
Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for any tranche of Class B notes, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class B Required Subordinated Amount of Class D notes minus the Class B Usage Amount of Class D notes, each for that tranche of Class B notes as of that Distribution Date.

Examples of Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes in a sentence

  • For each Tranche of Class B Notes, the Class B Usage of Class D Notes shall be zero and the Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall be equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes for such Tranche.

  • For each Tranche of Class B Notes, the Class B Usage of Class D Notes shall increase, and the Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (9) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Unreimbursed Series Charge-offs reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class D Notes pursuant to step (32) of the Cash Flows.
