Usage Amount definition

Usage Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 hereof.
Usage Amount means, on any day of determination, the sum of the outstanding Revolving Advances and Swing Loans on such day plus the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit on such day.
Usage Amount means the average daily unpaid balance of the Revolving Advances plus the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit during each month.
