Class B Committee definition

Class B Committee has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders’ Agreement.
Class B Committee means the committee selected by the terms of this Agreement to, among other things, make decisions with respect to the matters set forth herein.
Class B Committee means the Class B Committee selected pursuant to the Stockholders Agreement.

Examples of Class B Committee in a sentence

  • The Class B Committee may determine from time to time the number of members constituting the Class B Committee.

  • The Class B Committee may appoint one or more Secretaries from time to time and may remove any such Secretary at any time (whether for or without cause).

Related to Class B Committee

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • Standing Committee means a permanent committee with a regular meeting schedule and designated subject matter jurisdiction that is authorized by the Rules of the Senate or the Rules of the House of Representatives.

  • Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.

  • Class A Common Units means a Common Unit which is designated as a “Class A Common Unit” and which has the rights, preferences and other privileges designated in Annex A hereto and elsewhere in this Agreement in respect of holders of Common Units.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Class B Common Shares means the Class B Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
