Interest Rate Swap means any interest rate swap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;
Class B Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Interest Rate Swap Agreement means the agreement(s) (including any further replacement agreements) entered into between the Guarantor LP and the Interest Rate Swap Provider(s) in the form of an ISDA Master Agreement, as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, restated or extended from time to time, including a schedule and confirmations in relation to each Tranche or Series of Covered Bonds;
Class D Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A Interest Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.
Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

Note Class Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any class of Notes and any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the outstanding principal balance of such class of Notes as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the outstanding principal balance of such class of Notes on the Closing Date) and (ii) in the case of (a) the Notes, other than the Class A-1 Notes, one-twelfth of the Interest Rate for such class (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the Interest Rate for such class multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 35 and the denominator of which is 360) and (b) in the case of the Class A-1 Notes, the product of the Interest Rate for such class of Notes for such Distribution Date and a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days elapsed from and including the prior Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date), to but excluding that Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360. Note Depository: The depository from time to time selected by the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Issuing Entity in whose name the Notes are registered prior to the issue of Definitive Notes. The first Note Depository shall be Cede & Co., the nominee of the initial Clearing Agency.
Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Aggregate Class B Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 2.11%.
Class A-2a Interest Rate means 0.45% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A Note Rate means 3.15% per annum.
Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.
Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.
Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class C Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.
