Class B Interest Rate Swap definition

Class B Interest Rate Swap means the interest rate swap as to the Class B Notes with The Chase Manhattan Bank, as Swap Counterparty, to hedge the floating interest Class B Rate.

Class B Interest Rate Swap means the interest rate swap agreement dated the Closing Date, between the Trust and the Swap Counterparty, for the benefit of the Class B Certificateholders, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit E-2, or any Replacement Interest Rate Swap.

Related to Class B Interest Rate Swap

  • Interest Rate Swap means any interest rate swap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;
