Class B Lender Group definition

Class B Lender Group means with respect to any Class B Advances, any group consisting of related Conduit Lenders, Non-Conduit Lenders and Funding Agents.
Class B Lender Group means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the Class B-I Lender Group and the Class B-II Lender Group.
Class B Lender Group means a group consisting of the Class B Lenders listed together as party of a “Related Group” on Schedule I hereto or any Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

  • The Borrower also agrees to pay interest in like money to the Class B Loan Note Holder, for the benefit of the Class B Lenders in its Class B Lender Group, on the unpaid principal amount of each such Class B Advance from time to time from the date hereof until payment in full thereof at the rate or rates and on the dates set forth in the Credit Agreement.

Class B Lender Group. A group consisting of a Class B Managing Agent and its related Class B Lenders specified on Schedule VI hereto.
Class B Lender Group means a group consisting of the Class B Lenders listed together as party of a “Related Group” on Schedule I hereto or any Assignment and Assumption Agreement. “Class B Loan” means a Loan funded by a Class B Lender hereunder. “Class B Maximum Financing Amount” means the aggregate amount of Class B Commitments. “Class B Monthly Interest Amount” means, with respect to each Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class B Interest Rate, (ii) the daily average Class B Aggregate Loan Principal Balance during the related Interest Period, and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to (x) the actual number of days during the related Interest Period and the denominator of which is equal to (y)
Class B Lender Group means each “Lender Group” under (and as defined in) the Class B Loan Agreement.

Related to Class B Lender Group

  • Lender Group means, individually and collectively, each of the Lenders (including the Issuing Lender) and Agent.

  • Tranche B Lenders means the Lenders who hold Tranche B Loans or who have Tranche B Commitments.

  • Tranche B Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Commitment or an outstanding Tranche B Term Loan.

  • Term B Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Term B Commitment or a Term B Loan at such time.

  • Term Loan Lenders means the lenders from time to time party to the Term Loan Agreement.

  • Term Lenders means those Lenders having Term Loan Commitments.

  • Lender Group Representatives has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.9 of the Agreement.

  • Required Revolving Credit Lenders means, at any date, Non-Defaulting Lenders holding a majority of the Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment at such date (or, if the Total Revolving Credit Commitment has been terminated at such time, a majority of the Revolving Credit Exposure (excluding Revolving Credit Exposure of Defaulting Lenders) at such time).

  • Revolving Credit Lenders means, collectively, all of the Lenders with a Revolving Credit Commitment.
