Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock means the Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of AT&T.

  • Neither the failure to mail any notice required by this paragraph 5(d) to any particular holder of Class A Liberty Media Group Common Stock, Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock or of Convertible Securities nor any defect therein shall affect the sufficiency thereof with respect to any other holder of outstanding shares of Class A Liberty Media Group Common Stock or Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock or of Convertible Securities, or the validity of any redemption.

  • In connection with the determination of the number of shares of any class of capital stock that shall be issuable or the amount of securities that shall be deliverable to any holder of record upon any such redemption, dividend or other distribution (including any fractions of shares or securities), the corporation may aggregate the number of shares of Class A Liberty Media Group Common Stock or Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock held at the relevant time by such holder of record.

  • If less than all of the shares of Class A Liberty Media Group Common Stock or Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock represented by any one certificate are to be redeemed, the corporation shall issue and deliver a new certificate for the shares of Class A Liberty Media Group Common Stock or Class B Liberty Media Group Common Stock not redeemed.
