Class B Principal Carryover Shortfall definition

Class B Principal Carryover Shortfall means, as of the close of business on any Distribution Date, the excess of Class B Monthly Principal for such Distribution Date and any outstanding Class B Principal Carryover Shortfall from the preceding Distribution Date over the amount in respect of principal that is actually deposited in the Class B Distribution Account on such Distribution Date.
Class B Principal Carryover Shortfall means, (i) with respect to the initial Distribution Date, zero and (ii) with respect to any other Distribution Date, the excess of Class B Monthly Principal for such Distribution Date and any outstanding Class B Principal Carryover Shortfall from the preceding Distribution Date over the amount in respect of principal that is actually deposited into the Class B Distribution Account on such Distribution Date.
