Class B residuals means residuals that are bulk residuals meeting;
Class B residuals means residuals that meet the Class B pathogen reduction requirements of Rule 62-640.600(1)(b),

Examples of Class B residuals in a sentence

  • Use of Class B residuals is limited to restricted public access areas such as agricultural sites, forests, and roadway shoulders and medians.

Related to Class B residuals

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Residuals means information in non-tangible form which may be incidentally retained in the unaided memory of Representatives of the Receiving Party who have had access to the Confidential Information, so long as such persons have not studied the information for the purpose of replicating the same from memory; provided, however, that in no event will Residuals include any information that a reasonable person would know was Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party.Nothing in this Article 2 (Confidentiality) no. 9 will be deemed to grant any right, title or interest in or to (i) the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information (except for Parties’ performance under any part of this Agreement) and/or (ii) any Intellectual Property Right of the Disclosing Party. Neither Party will have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of such persons or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of Residuals.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class B operator means an individual designated by an UST system owner or operator as having control of or responsibility for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the system. The Class B operator typically performs or ensures the performance of operation and maintenance activities at a UST facility, maintains records of those activities, and reports those activities to the department.

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
