Class C-1 Component definition

Class C-1 Component means, in respect of the Class M Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €1,290,000 in original principal amount of Class C-1 Notes in respect of each €1,665,000 in original principal amount of Class M Combination Notes.
