The amount to be distributed on each Distribution Date to the holder of this Class C Certificate will be equal to the product of (a) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the portion of the Class C Initial Investor Interest evidenced by this Class C Certificate and the denominator of which is the Class C Initial Investor Interest and (b) the aggregate of all payments to be made to SRFG with respect to the Class C Certificates on such Distribution Date.
