Class D-2 Preferred Stock definition

Class D-2 Preferred Stock means the Issuer’s Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series D-2.
Class D-2 Preferred Stock means capital stock having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class D-2 Preferred Stock in the Charter and these Bylaws.
