Class D1 Preferred Shares means the Class D1 Preferred Shares in the capital of the Corporation;

Class D1 Preferred Shares means the Class D1 Preferred Shares in the share capital of the Corporation;

• In consideration for Contributor’s contribution of the Contribution Amount, the Company issued to the Contributor 510 Class A Shares, which subsequently were recapitalized into an aggregate of 56,000,000 Class D Preferred Shares and 51,000,000 Class P Preferred Shares, which Class D Preferred Shares subsequently were recapitalized into Class D-1 Preferred Shares and which Class P Preferred Shares subsequently were redeemed in exchange for Preferred Shares of Pharma.
