Class E-1 Component definition

Class E-1 Component means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class E Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest E-1.
Class E-1 Component means, in respect of the Class O Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €1,850,000 in original principal amount of Class E-1 Notes in respect of each €8,000,000 in original principal amount of Class O Combination Notes.
Class E-1 Component. One of the 64 Components of the Class X-C Certificates and one of the 58 Components of the Class X-P Certificates, having a Notional Amount equal to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LE-1 Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest.
