The Corporation will at all times maintain an office or agency in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, where shares of Class E Preferred Stock may be surrendered for payment (including upon redemption), registration of transfer or exchange.
The Class E Preferred Stock shall have a par value of $.01 per share.
