Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock definition

Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock means the shares of cumulative convertible preferred stock, Series A, of NTL Inc. outstanding immediately prior to the Petition Date.
Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock means the Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, $.01 par value per share, of the Company, or any other capital stock of the Company into which such stock is reclassified or reconstituted.
Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock means the cumulative convertible preferred stock of STFI with an initial liquidation preference of $25,000,000 to be issued to RHI on the Closing Date pursuant to the Exchange Agreement.
